Refund and Returns Policy

At PlantStreet.ae, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every plant and product you receive from us meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Eligibility: You can return any plant or product at the time of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. If the plant is opened from its original packaging or has been re-potted, it will not be accepted for return.
Return Process: At the time of delivery, inspect your item and if you decide to return it, inform our delivery personnel immediately. They will assist you with the return process.
Return Shipping: Since returns are made at the time of delivery, there are no return shipping costs.
Refunds

Processing: Once your return is accepted at the time of delivery, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at plantstreetdubai@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
