Shipping Areas
We currently offer delivery across the UAE. If you are located outside our delivery area, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
Shipping Options
Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service ensures your plants and products are delivered within 2-3 business days.
Same Day Delivery: Need your plants fast? We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 10 AM. Orders placed after 10 am will be delivered the next working day.
Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery: A flat rate shipping fee of 50 AED applies to all standard deliveries. However, enjoy free delivery on orders above 200 AED.
Same-Day Delivery: A premium shipping fee of 50 AED applies to all same-day deliveries in Dubai.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working
day.
Delivery Times
Our delivery hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM, Monday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order status through our website or by contacting our customer service team.

Delivery Conditions
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the specified delivery address. If no one is available to accept the delivery, our driver will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.
