3.2 Delivery Charges
Standard Delivery: A flat rate shipping fee of 50aed applies within Dubai. Free delivery on orders above 200 AED.
Same-Day Delivery: A premium shipping fee applies within Dubai.
Outside Dubai: Shipping rates for deliveries outside Dubai will vary. Additional charges may apply based on the location. Please contact us for specific delivery rates.
3.3 Delivery Times
Our delivery hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM, Monday through Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
3.4 Delivery Conditions
Ensure someone is available to receive your order at the specified address. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled deliveries.

You can return any plant or product at the time of delivery if it is in its original condition and packaging. Plants that have been opened or re-potted are not eligible for return.
4.2 Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method once the return is accepted.
4.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
